If you're ready to shop-til-you-drop, then Nottingham will hit the spot. Whether you're looking for independent vintage stores, household names, or designer style - our city's got it all.
Designer brands
Nottingham’s got form when it comes to fashion design. Our home-grown talent - international fashion designer Sir Paul Smith - started his company from a 3 x 3m shop in Nottingham. His brand now has locations in over 60 countries, but you'll still find his designs here in Nottingham, just 100 yards from the original shop.
Tucked away in Flying Horse Walk, you'll find another iconic British brand - Vivienne Westwood. This was one of the original stores in the upmarket venue, and is a firm favourite in the city.
Household names
For everyday fashion, you’ll find all your favourite household names in Nottingham. Many of these are in the popular Victoria Centre, including Next, Superdry, Levis, Urban Outfitters and River Island.
Outside the shopping centre, you'll find TX Maxx just across the road on Milton Street. Bargain-favourite Primark is on Long Row, just off the Old Market Square - while heading closer to the Lace Market you’ll find ZARA on High Street and FatFace on Bridlesmith Gate.
Alternative fashion
Looking for something a little less ordinary? Then dive into the vibrant alternative fashion scene in Nottingham. Local favourites include Ice Nine and Void in Hockley, Blue Banana located just off Old Market Square, and Damaged Society in Victoria Centre.
Independents & vintage clothing
We’ve got an amazing collection of indies in Nottingham, boasting heaps of creativity and inspiration! Stop by boutique Stick & Ribbon for stylish women’s clothing and styling advice from the knowledgeable team.
Is vintage more your thing? There are loads of spots where you'll find a gem! Across the city centre, you'll find White Rose shops. This is another home-grown brand - started by two NTU grads in 2009.
Other popular vintage shops include garms on Bridlesmith Gate, and Wild Clothing and Cow in the bohemian area of Hockley.
