We’re currently looking for two highly organised and hardworking individuals to join our team –
Business Liaison Officer
We’re looking for confident, charismatic, and well-presented individuals who can organise their own workload with minimal supervision and work to deadlines. With multiple projects running at the same time, adaptability, time management and effective interpersonal skills are essential.
You will be required to build relationships with businesses, partners and the wider team so must be able to communicate effectively, share information clearly, seek feedback and complete surveys. Driven and hard working, with a can-do attitude, you will be the public face of the organisation and represent the It’s in Nottingham brand at all times.
We’re a small, tight-knit team where everyone has a role to play in our success, so strong teamwork, collaboration and interpersonal skills are a must – as is the ability to roll up your sleeves to get things done, whilst acting with professionalism, and integrity always.
The role
You will manage a caseload of approximately 130 businesses, visiting each one at least once every month to share information about It’s in Nottingham marketing campaigns and services, and diligently record your meetings and interactions on our CRM database. You will be set targets to achieve based on your engagement with businesses.
This role is physically demanding as it requires working from varied city centre locations and walking between visits in all weather conditions. You will also organise regular networking talks with businesses which requires you to prepare and present the latest information from the operational and wider It’s in Nottingham team.
Occasional work to transport equipment, marketing materials and to staff indoor and outdoor events during evenings and at weekends will be required.
